Scott Stottlemyre Biography

I defend employers in a wide range employment matters and traditional labor matters. I assist and defend employers in matters ranging from charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to wage and hour lawsuits under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other federal, state, and administrative employment litigation and compliance issues employers face in running their business.
